Taos Ski Day

The Electrifying America’s Future Resolution (S. Res. 224) addresses the renewable energy on the demand side of the United States energy economy. This piece of legislation works to incentivize the electrification of homes, businesses and buildings while creating jobs and modernizing the grid.

POW Alliance Members Caroline Gleich, Dani Reyes-Acosta, Aaron Mike and Anna Callaghan met with Senator Martin Heinrich for a day of skiing and riding at Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico. Collectively, they had a productive conversation on advocating for decarbonized electricity generation in the U.S. with an epic powder day to boot.
