Torey Lee Brooks leads a duel life- she is deeply committed to a sustainable infrastructure career and an avid adventure athlete. When not working, teaching, or speaking on climate action, Torey can be found backcountry skiing, rock climbing, and trail running in her home state of New Hampshire. Torey tells stories from both sides of her life, including skiing some of New England’s longest and steepest backcountry trails, working to implement climate policy at the US EPA, and working as a professor and speaker focused on inspiring the next generation of problem solvers. Torey loves bringing practicality, humor, and authenticity to all of her pursuits and believes in a future of less division, more open conversation, and meaningful climate action.
