Erika Flowers is a US Ski Team cross-country ski racer turned professional runner for the North Face. Born and bred in Montana, Erika found her love for the outdoors on the trails and in the mountains of her backyard in Big Sky country. Erika ski raced professionally for six years, representing the U.S. Ski Team at World Cup Finals in 2017 and 2020 and saw first hand the shift from natural snow to primarily manmade around the world. Erika joined the North Face run team in 2020 and spends summers on foot and winters on skis. She is an ambassador for The Women’s Sports Foundation, passionate about climate activism, and she is learning what it means to be an ally for Black lives and people of color.
