Ben Goertzen

Filmmaker

Born and raised in the mountains around Bozeman, Montana, Ben Goertzen holds a deep passion for conservation that was instilled in him at an early age. He started skiing as soon as he could walk and never looked back. After years of competing on the Freeskiing Tour, Ben directed his attention away from competitions and focused on storytelling by skiing in front of the camera. In 2015, he started working with Vision Hawk Films, a prestigious wildlife film company, in order to leverage his ability to showcase wildlife and the environment positively. Now, Ben is combining his three passions for skiing, environmental and wildlife conservation, and filmmaking to influence policy and preserve our world for future generations.
